Online Registration Procedure
Step 1: Signup for Registration
Register on Registration/ Admission Session 2021-22.
You will get an e-mail/sms on your registered e-mail ID and mobile number regarding username/ password.
Login to http://216.10.247.228/~ccsuform/scriet_registration_2021/login.php with already created username/ password.
Step 2: Signup for Admission
Login to http://ccsuforms.in/scriet_registration_2021/login.php, with username/ password alredy created in STEP 1.
An application form for admission will be opened.
Fill the required entries.
1 - Submit the form
2 - Deposit Application fee of ₹115.
3 - After the successful realization of the payment you will get a mail, regarding confirmation of the successful submission of the application form for admission.
4 - Documents to be uploaded at the time of filling the Admission Form
5 - Upload the following self-attested documents
6 - Recent front-faced passport size Photograph
7 - Metric/ High School/ Secondary School Certificate
8 - Mark sheet of Metric/ High School/ Secondary School
9 - Intermediate/10+2/Senior Secondary School Certificate
10 - Mark sheet of Intermediate/10+2/ Senior Secondary School
11 - Mark sheet of graduation (for M.ED )
12 - Graduation Certificate (for M.ED )
13 - Caste certificate for OBC/SC /ST candidates
14 - Signature of the applicant
15 - Signature of the Parents
16 - Qualifying Exam Certificate/ Marksheet
17 - Address Proof
18 - Aadhar Card (not mandatory)
19 - Documents required, at the time of Admission
20 - Authentic income certificate of less than Rs. Two lacs annually for all categories, issued by the employer of the parents (in case serving), tehsil etc.
21 - Medical Certificate from registered medical practitioner
22 - UPSEE allotment letter (wherever applicable) together with the documents mentioned in point No.2.
23 - transfer Certificate (TC)/Migration Certificate (original)
24 - Character Certificate

If at the time of filling the application form, the result of the qualifying paper has not been declared by the concerned Board/ University, the same may be updated on its declaration and the corresponding documents may be uploaded simultaneously.
At the time of counselling (online/offline) keep original documents with you for verification. Failing to present the original documents will nullify the claim of admission for which applicant will be responsible.
In case of hostel accommodation student has to come along with his parents necessarily.
University/Institution has the right to cancel the admission at any stage, if any discrepancy/fraud is found in any document.

Note:
All documents submitted in photocopy should be self-attested and attested by the guardian/parents necessarily. At the time of counseling/admission student has to be present with all original documents. Failing to present original documents will nullify the claim of admission for which applicant will be responsible.
